The basic story is that Fry needs to get thawed out so Leela can assign his fate. However there’s a world wide crisis at hand and Fry was defrosted early. He will not only needs to get de-iced he will need to prove his worth as a breeding stud to save the human race. The story evolves in 2 phases first defrosting. Then he needs to demonstrate his sexual skills to convince Leela his skills can pay the bills. This game is about 15% finished. We just got fry thawed out yet. He still needs to get his sex monitoring chip and his package upgraded so he can impress Leela.

It’s been a while and I apologize for vanishing. But I’m back and so is Big Thaw. There’s a lot new in this update. The biggest deal is we have the first freezer tube open tor your enjoyment. More of those to come. You can access the freezer tubes in the endgame with certain career assignments. Clicking the freezer tubes will take you to the new “Freezer Stock Room” if you have the right career chip from Leela.
And speaking of careers Most of the career choices do at least something the game. Every career has dialog with relevant girls. Randy, being the defrosting counselor can talk about them all.
And Randy, everybody’s favorite little slut. If you get the job of Pink Girl trainer you can help her realize her dream of being a fully certified DOOP Pink Girl. In fact you can help all the girls reach the status.
Milk Plus! Added lost of milk related threads to the game. If your job is Dairy Farmer you’ll have to keep all your hucows milked and happy. Some of the girls have added art for when they’re full and needing to be milked.

The beginning of the end
Leela’s ready to judge your performance and assign you the career you’re best suited for. Are you ready to be judged? Are you ready for eternal glory as Ambassador of Earthican Sexual Customs or damnation to the Soylent Sperm Extractor.
OK so I over sold that a bit as the end game games aren’t there yet. But you can get your score … well OK so it probably not the actual number yet. The numbers are a bit … inflated. As it worked out with all the “math” that the number you’re after is 10,000 which seems an unusual number to be your goal score. Should be 100 or a million. Details. The mechanics work.
I have an ask of you. Play up to get the ultimate job assignment. Right now Leela will let you reassess your performance whenever you like. That’s probably temporary. There’s also 7 possible job assignments. See if you can get her to offer them all. Eventually this will probably be a one shot thing but for the moment it’s re-playable just to get a feel for how it all works.

New distribution format
From here out I can’t use the built in file packer from Tyrano Builder. I’m including the stand alone Tyrano Script player. The game will be a zipped application. Just unzip to any folder and then double click the “TheBigThaw” program. There’s no installer.
Easy except for Mac. The un-packed version of the game needs a .command script to start it. But of course you can’t run a command script on Catalina because it didn’t come from the apple store. You will need to use command terminal to enable the terminal commands in the command script … not confusing at all and not even a little bit stupid.
MAC ONLY after you unzip the game open a terminal window and …
chmod a+x Path/To/File.command
Note: Tyrano Builder and Tyrano Script are actually separate things. Tyrano Script is still actively developed. I’m just using the Tyrano Builder as and IDE now.
The upside is that the uncompressed game launches WAY faster.

I forgot to save the 190428 branch and started putting new features in for the 14 release. I had to either finish that enough to release or roll it back. Fuck rolling back! Amy has a new mini-puzzle. No really mini! It will cake you a minute to solve. It’s the bit to get the Orgasmatron working. Of course the damn thing just won’t stay fixed! You’ll just have to keep helping Amy tune it up.
